Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage patient scheduling, including appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Train and mentor staff on office protocols, customer service standards, and compliance requirements.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to improve patient care and clinic performance.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for clinical procedures.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in a dental clinic or medical office setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Familiarity with healthcare management principles and practices.
- Experience with dental software such as Open Dental , Dentrix Eaglesoft is preferred.
