Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Senior Software Engineer – Java to lead the development, performance optimization, and production support of scalable, cloud-hosted applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and production incident management, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead critical production incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Java-based microservices and REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot complex application, database, and cloud infrastructure issues.
- Improve application performance, stability, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with architects, development teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Drive proactive monitoring, automation, performance tuning, and incident prevention.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical architecture discussions.
- Support business-critical applications through a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Required Skills:
