Associate Digital Marketing Strategist

Does the idea of collaborating with a fun, creative marketing team on strategies to help clients achieve digital marketing success sound like a great career? We're looking for a digital marketing strategist to join our full-service marketing agency. This is a full-time position for a motivated and very detail-oriented person in our Fort Collins, CO office space.

We are looking for someone to grow into a more senior role as we build their knowledge and skill sets. If you are motivated, have great attention to detail, and are willing to learn, this could be an amazing opportunity for you to grow into a position with a top digital marketing company.

We are looking for someone who will be able to work as part of our team on multiple simultaneous client projects and as a digital marketing intern you will:

• Provide daily management and maintenance of multiple ongoing paid advertising campaigns.
• Create and implement new PPC campaigns including but not limited to:
• Google Ads search campaigns and retargeting
• Bing advertising
• Facebook and Instagram advertising
• YouTube video advertising
• Conduct keyword research associated with maximizing the performance of existing campaigns, as well as any new campaigns.
• Perform regular conversion-oriented optimization of existing campaign ad groups, ads, keywords, ad extensions, and landing pages.
• Assist with basic SEO audits and make recommendations on areas of improvement.
• Perform detailed competitor and market analysis using industry tools.
• Meet with clients as needed to report on performance and plan future marketing campaigns.
• Identify and clearly communicate PPC and paid advertising-related concepts and issues both internally and to external clients.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Basic SEO knowledge
• Google Ads Certification and Bing Ads Accreditation a plus
• An understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console Tools, and Bing Webmaster Tools
• Google Analytics certification a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proactive and ambitious
