This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Scientist based in Flemington, NJ. The Application Scientist will collaborate with clients to implement and customize DeltaSoft’s software solutions, support scientific data workflows, and provide training to end-users. Responsibilities include liaising between the technical development team and clients, conducting research to align software capabilities with scientific needs, and ensuring the proper application of tools to enhance R&D processes.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and hands-on expertise in Research and Development (R&D)
- Strong background in Materials Science and advanced Research capabilities
- Experience in Data Analysis and interpreting scientific data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science)
- Familiarity with scientific informatics tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in client-facing and cross-functional team environments
