Delta Waves is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Clinical Care Coordinator to join our growing Sleep Medicine team. This is a unique hybrid position that combines front office responsibilities with hands-on clinical support in our Sleep Diagnostic and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) division.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care from the moment they arrive through their diagnostic testing and treatment process.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome patients and ensure they receive prompt, courteous, and professional assistance.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, medical history, and reason for visit. 
• Assist providers and clinical staff with patient flow and documentation.
• Support the Sleep Diagnostic department with technical and administrative tasks.
• Assist the DME department with PAP equipment preparation and related responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and patient confidentiality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily clinic operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new computer systems.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.
• Previous healthcare, medical office, patient service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Sleep medicine or DME experience is a plus but not required.
