Position Summary
Delta View Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the full-time AM shift. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a post-acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and care team
Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, including therapy and social services
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and facility protocols
Participate in care planning and resident assessments
Qualifications
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
