Precision HR is currently hiring full-time Paraprofessionals to support students of all grade levels in person in New Ulm, MN.
Pay: $48/hour — paid weekly based off of experience.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, school-day hours
Qualifications:
You’ll need one of the following:
-At least 60 college credits or an Associate’s degree
-A passing score on the ParaPro Assessment
Your role will include:
- Supporting students with academic and behavioral growth, including IEP goals

- Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences
- Creating a safe, inclusive space where every student feels valued
