Job Description
- Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering or supplier quality roles.
Role Purpose
- Ensure supplier deliverables are validated, open points are tracked to closure, and production line readiness is achieved before formal sign‑off.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and resolve open points with the production line supplier.
- Perform pre‑sign‑off activities aligned with customer acceptance criteria.
- Conduct line balancing studies to validate throughput and efficiency.
- Coordinate with supplier teams to ensure compliance with project milestones.
- Document readiness status and report to customer leadership.
- Support escalation management for supplier delays or quality issues.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong expertise in line balancing and supplier management.
- Ability to interpret and apply acceptance checklists and KPIs.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.
- Experience in production line commissioning or PPAP readiness preferred.
Salary : $40 - $45
