Job Description
- Candidate should have 10 Year’s Proven track record of establishing and scaling enterprise-level NPS (Net Promoter Score), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), or UMUX (survey-based metric) -Lite measurement programs.
- Candidate should have analytical mindset with a quick adaptability to learn new technologies.
- Should have strong technical proficiency in survey platforms and data analysis/visualization tools.
- Should have experience building automated tracking and reporting dashboards.
- Should have ability to thrive in an agile environment and translate complex statistical data into clear, actionable business metrics.
- Should have proven track record of goal achievement in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines.
