Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in IT staffing/recruitment coordination, specifically supporting hiring for SAP, Oracle, and enterprise IT services roles. The role involves working closely with clients, recruiters, and candidates to ensure smooth hiring operations and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients hiring SAP, Oracle, and IT services professionals
- Understand client requirements, hiring priorities, and SLAs
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and ensure timely updates
Recruitment Coordination
- Support recruiters in managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Coordinate interview rounds (technical, managerial, HR)
- Track candidate progress through ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Ensure proper documentation and feedback collection
Candidate Management
- Communicate interview schedules, feedback, and offer details
- Ensure candidate readiness (documents, availability, interview prep)
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiation coordination, and onboarding follow-ups
Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain dashboards for:
- Open positions
- Interview status
- Offer and joining status
- Generate regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Track KPIs such as turnaround time, submission-to-interview ratio, and closures
