Direct Care Worker– Autism Services | Part-Time

About the Role
Delta Support Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate and driven Direct Care Worker to provide Intensive Individual Support Services (IISS) under the Autism Waiver program.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and helping them build independence, communication skills, and confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one support to individuals with ASD
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans
- Promote independence through daily living and social skill development
- Use evidence-based strategies and positive reinforcement
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
What We’re Looking For
- At least 100 hours of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow structured care plans
- Passion for making a meaningful impact in the community

- Employment Type: Part-Time (1099 Contractor)

- Employees will receive structured professional development and hands-on training facilitated by trained and qualified professionals.
