We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working individual for the full-time, benefited position of Construction Administrative Assistant. This position provides broad administrative support needed to achieve the department's operational goals and objectives. This individual will be working in a clerical position, assisting in the communication and coordination of the construction department. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing, scanning, printing and filing project records. Responsibilities also include being directly involved with contractors, vendors, as well as a responsibility for project budgetary tracking. An individual in this role must be proficient at managing, prioritizing, and tracking project tasks to ensure multiple deadlines are met. Due to the high degree of interaction with others, the Construction Administrative Assistant is expected to have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. The pay range for this position will be 23.00-27.00 per hour.

Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience in construction or a similar industry
- Prior experience working with finances such as budgeting, invoicing, and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work well with others and be a team player
- Courteous and professional demeanor
