Job Title: Shop Helper / Industrial Assembler
Pay: $16.90 – $18.00/HR, DOE

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Shop Helper / Industrial Assembler to join our team. As a Shop Helper / Industrial Assembler at Delta Scientific Corporation, you will assist in the assembly and production of industrial security equipment. This role offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work alongside skilled professionals, helping ensure the quality and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with the assembly of vehicle access control products and components, following blueprints and assembly instructions.

· Perform general shop duties, including organizing materials, cleaning workstations, and ensuring tools are in proper working condition.

· Prepare and stage materials for assembly to ensure smooth workflows.

· Operate hand and power tools to support assembly tasks, including drills, grinders, and saws.

· Perform quality checks to ensure the highest standards of assembly and functionality.

· Troubleshoot minor assembly line issues and support the team in resolving production challenges.

· Assist with inventory management, material handling, and maintaining an organized shop floor.

· Adhere to safety standards and Delta Scientific Corporation’s policies at all times.

· Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certification is a plus.

· Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.

· Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail are essential.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

· Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in a standing position for extended periods.

· Comfort using a variety of hand and power tools.

· Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

· Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced setting.

· Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Pay: $16.90 - $18.00/hr DOE
