Operations Manager

Job Overview:

Delta Property Solutions is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, client satisfaction, staffing, and service quality. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building systems, managing people, and driving business growth.

The Operations Manager will serve as the bridge between company leadership, clients, and cleaning staff to ensure all services are delivered professionally, efficiently, and consistently.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day commercial cleaning operations

- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train cleaning personnel

- Conduct quality control inspections at client locations

- Schedule staff and coordinate coverage for all accounts

- Handle employee coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions when necessary

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address service concerns promptly

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and cleaning procedures

- Monitor labor costs, supplies, and operational efficiency

- Assist with onboarding new accounts and implementing service plans

- Create and maintain operational systems that support company growth

- Provide regular performance reports to ownership

Qualifications:

- Previous management or supervisory experience required

- Experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, facilities management, hospitality, or related industries preferred

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required

- Ability to occasionally work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when necessary

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Work Location: Alexandria, LA and surrounding areas

Pay: $27,600.00 - $85,200.00 per year
