Description:
Delta Pro Staffing is hiring Demo/Tear-Out Crew Members for restoration and construction projects across Denver Metro. This is physical work — ripping out damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and hauling debris. Show up, work hard, get paid.

What You'll Do:
- Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry
- Use hand tools and power tools (saws, pry bars, sledgehammers)
- Bag, haul, and load debris into dumpsters
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow safety plans and wear required PPE
- Work as part of a crew under supervision
What You Need:
- Authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to Denver Metro job sites
- Can lift 75 lbs and do heavy physical labor
- Good on your feet for 8-10 hour shifts
- Takes direction and works safely as a team
Earns You More:
- Any previous demo or construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification
- Asbestos or lead paint awareness training
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
