Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support food safety, quality control, documentation, and audit preparation in a food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily quality checks on production lines.
- Monitor product quality, packaging, and specifications.
- Monitor and verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Preventive Controls.
- Maintain accurate quality and food safety records.
- Assist with BRCGS and third-party audit preparation.
- Support sanitation documentation and monitoring.
- Ensure GMPs and food safety procedures are followed.
- Communicate quality issues to the appropriate teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Food manufacturing, quality, food safety, or BRCGS experience is a plus.
