Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fencing Gear Assembler to join our team in Bridgewater, NJ. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing fencing equipment and related products for shipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble fencing gear and related products according to company specifications.
- Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform light assembly tasks using hand tools and equipment.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Assist with additional production or warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.
