Requirements:
- Previous professional painting experience (required)
- Drug-free
- Reliable transportation
- Must have your own basic painting tools
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Able to take direction from Project Managers
- Professionalism in clients homes or businesses
Responsibilities:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, and masking
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
- Communicating professionally with supervisors and customers
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
