Do you love turning chaos into clarity? Does the idea of wrangling spreadsheets and making sense of sales data sound like your kind of fun? If so, we’ve got the perfect role for you!

We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to be the behind-the-scenes hero for our sales team. You’ll keep our data squeaky clean, our records accurate, and our reports sharp enough to impress even the pickiest decision-maker. Think of yourself as the bridge between numbers and strategy—helping us spot trends, track performance, and stay ahead of the competition.

And here’s the twist: sometimes you’ll get to play detective and help sort out the details behind new account setups, contract terms, and pricing changes. You’ll work closely with the finance team to dig into the “why” behind the numbers and make sure everything lines up correctly.

If you’re part analyst, part communicator, and 100% organized, we want to hear from you. Bonus points if you get a thrill from color-coded spreadsheets and can explain complex data without making people’s eyes glaze over.

This position is initially 5 days per week at the Delta Medical Systems headquarters in Brookfield. A hybrid option is available after training is complete.
