The Residential Water Treatment and Tankless Water Heater Sales Representative is responsible for closing in-home water treatment and or gas/electric tankless water heater sales with homeowners. This is a commission-only, high-performance role designed for sales professionals who thrive on pressure, competition, and income growth.
You will present, overcome objections, and close deals on the first visit. This is not a long-cycle or consultative sales position.
Core Responsibilities
- Run in-home residential appointments with homeowners
- Perform on-site water tests and product demonstrations
- Design and draw out Tankless Water Heater installations
- Deliver confident, persuasive sales presentations
- Deliver Good, Better, Best presentation
- Identify pain points and create urgency around water issues
- Handle objections and ask for the sale directly
- Close same-day deals whenever possible
- Accurately complete sales paperwork and agreements
- Maintain professional conduct while driving results
- 100% commission with strong per-deal payouts
Salary : $75,000 - $250,000
