Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Provide personalized guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist guests with concierge services, including restaurant bookings, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling multiple calls in a fast-paced environment
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and facilities are well-maintained
- Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, cultural sensitivity, and multilingual communication skills
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, ideally within a resort setting
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in at least two languages (bilingual preferred)
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of guest services protocols, including night audit procedures and guest relations strategies
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences through attentive service and effective problem-solving
