Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist clients with benefits administration and ensure they understand their coverage options.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote insurance products and services.
- Maintain accurate sales administration records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales.

- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
