Urgently hiring
Accommodate hotel guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests. Processing nightly accounting paperwork; and audit duties as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform nightly audit procedures following Delta King Standards.
- Request and record guest reservations, and compute bills using cash registers, multi counting machines, or pencil and paper
- Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary.
- Communicate with management as well as other department for incoming guest requests.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· HS Diploma or Equivalent
· Minimum of one to three years of experience preferred
· Ability to work flexible schedules including, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to adhere to Delta King e service standards.
· Awareness of area events and ability to upsell
