Custodian/Maintenance Technician

If you take pride in your work and are eager to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply. **Duties:** - Clean and maintain floors, including buffing and polishing - Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Empty trash cans and recycling bins - Maintain the cleanliness of all areas, including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells - Perform custodial tasks, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping - Maintain the organization of storage areas and supply closets - Perform industrial cleaning tasks as needed - Clean and maintain windows and mirrors - Clean and maintain the exterior of the facility, including the parking lot and sidewalks - Clean and maintain the interior of the facility, including the dining area and kitchen - Perform any other cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned **Skills:** - Experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance - Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace - Proficiency in custodial duties, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping - Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to lift heavy objects and climb stairs - Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods - Ability to clean and maintain a variety of surfaces, including floors, windows, and mirrors - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Ability to maintain the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces - Ability to perform porter duties as needed. light duty house repairs/ lawn work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
