Role Description
We are seeking a Group Sales Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position located in Kissimmee, FL. The Group Sales Coordinator will manage and support the hotel’s group sales operations. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team with managing group inquiries, creating proposals, coordinating logistics, fostering client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for all groups. The role serves as a key liaison between clients, sales teams, and hotel operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth execution of group events.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service skills and a guest-centric mindset
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and a familiarity with group-focused customer needs
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with hotel sales systems and MS Office Suite is a plus
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
