Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, filters, and other express services
• Complete digital multi-point inspections with professional vehicle walk-around videos
• Follow Honda and dealership service and repair procedures
• Accurately document repairs and maintenance recommendations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participate in Honda factory and dealership training programs
• Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and management to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician or dealership experience preferred
• Honda or import experience is a plus
• Experience with Dealertrack, MyKaarma, Alldata, or similar dealership software preferred
• Strong work ethic and production-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to explain vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations professionally
• Bilingual is a plus
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
