Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical in-home care services, including companionship, light housekeeping, meal assistance, and personal care activities such as bathing and dressing
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as medication reminders, errands, and household chores
Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences
Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a caregiver
Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Respectful and compassionate demeanor
Good time management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ethics
Physical endurance
