- Provides technical, software, hardware, and network problem resolution to all users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment
- Two-year Associates degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- Ability to read, write, hear, and verbally communicate effectively in English to the degree required to perform the job.
- Expert knowledge of desktops and printers
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP
- Working knowledge of software installation, printers, faxes, scanners, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other interrelated applications
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of servers
- Knowledge of multiple computer platforms (including but not limited to MS Windows, MS Office, Meditech Magic, and Cerner Millennium)
