- Will serve as a key leader within Delta Health System’s case management team, supporting coordination of patient care across the continuum
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current RN license from State of Mississippi.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of case management experience required; acute care experience strongly preferred
- Experience in med-surg, telemetry, observation, progressive care, or trauma nursing preferred
- Prior leadership, charge nurse, or preceptor experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
