Position SummaryThe Assistant Director of Nursing
– Quality & Clinical Education assists the Director of Nursing in maintaining high standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and nursing department performance. The position is primarily responsible for monitoring clinical quality measures, conducting systematic clinical audits, identifying opportunities for improvement, coordinating nursing education, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The ADON serves as a clinical leader and resource to nursing personnel while supporting the DON in maintaining accountability, regulatory readiness, and positive resident outcomes.
