Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team and is a key contributor to the team's success. The individual in this position will primarily be responsible for scheduling and preparing the team for important sales meetings and trade shows. They will provide outstanding customer service by liaising between the Sales Team and our client accounts.

PAY RATE: $60,000/yr-$70,000/yr

Role Overview

They will provide outstanding customer service by liaising between the Sales Team and our client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Team with market preparation and appointments, manage the market calendar, coordinates line sheets and samples, order catering during market as needed.
- Manage our B2B platform NuOrder by setting up line sheets for market, uploading imagery, checking pricing and product data for accuracy.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and partner with accordingly.
- Responsible for ensuring weekly sales reports are received, and monitor booked and shipped orders for timely operations.
- Track all samples in and out of the showroom, keep sample closet well-organized.
- Ship seasonal sample sets to third party sales team.
- Complete key account product templates.
- Ensure tradeshow booths are stocked with all available samples and supplies minimum 4x per calendar year.
- Coordinate with Marketing to ensure US wholesale partners receive digital assets by deadlines.
- Manage data entry of weekly topline selling results using SkyPad or Customer Portals/Reporting for the team as needed.
- Ad hoc reporting and projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant Sales experience and/or strong internship experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel; specifically, v-looks ups and pivot tables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional follow up and organizational skills
- A sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and out of the box creative thinking
- Ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independently
- Ability to travel as needed
- May be required to bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
