Responsibilities
PAY RATE: $150,000/yr-$175,000/yr

Responsibilities
- Own the account end-to-end, driving strategy, execution, and results to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team—fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Develop and execute a robust account strategy that fuels sustainable revenue growth and deepens brand presence in key markets.
- Manage full P&L responsibility for the account, ensuring financial health and strategic alignment with broader business goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders—ranging from design to supply chain—to deliver seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Continuously analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal leadership and external partners, providing regular updates and key insights on account performance and direction
- 7 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the sportswear or apparel industry (Nike experience is a significant advantage).
- Proven ability to strategically grow key accounts while effectively managing budgets and delivering consistent revenue performance.
- Proven leadership capabilities—you know how to build teams, mentor talent, and create a high-performance culture.
- A collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills—you thrive in matrixed environments and know how to rally cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Highly process-driven and strategic, with a bias for action and results.
- Deep understanding of the apparel/activewear landscape and emerging industry trends.
