Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing social media management, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and HRIS tools such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, and PeopleSoft.
- Conduct sourcing activities including cold calling, research, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Salesforce, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Paychex, and internal HR systems to identify potential candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including screening resumes, conducting interviews (interviewing), negotiating employment offers, and preparing employment contracts.
- Coordinate employee orientation programs and facilitate employee evaluation processes to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management solutions such as succession planning and training & development initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Engage in campus recruitment efforts and lead generation activities to attract emerging talent pools.
- Utilize social media management tools for employer branding and candidate engagement.
- Manage candidate pipelines through ATS systems like Lever, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft while maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Support employee relations initiatives by fostering positive communication channels within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or internal recruiting with a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with HR technology platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Salesforce, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Paychex, PeopleSoft or similar systems.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Strong research skills coupled with experience in HR sourcing techniques including cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in training & development programs and employee orientation processes is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams with excellent interpersonal skills.
