The Electrical Engineer will design and analyze electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure, including power distribution and lighting, in collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity principles, including understanding of electrical circuits and systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including creating plans, specifications, and calculations for building and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution and Power Systems, including load analysis, panel schedules, and coordination of electrical equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; professional licensure (EIT/PE) or progress toward licensure is preferred.
- Experience with relevant electrical and building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with CAD/BIM tools and electrical design software commonly used in engineering practice.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Endwell, NY and occasionally visit project locations as needed.
