- Assist account manager/sales team to meet the performance target to provide an efficient and comprehensive service
- Support account manager/sales team in handling of inquiries, orders, issues, ship-ment, tracking, reports, and general follow up
- Works cross functionally with manufacturing and management teams and resolving issues timely as required
- Proactively interface with customers and serve as a point of main contact as re-quest
- Coordinate sales related activities and maintain/monitor accurate data with effi-ciency
- Prepare sales operation reports and presentation materials as request
- Support sales administrative related functions

Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet challenging targets
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented to coordinate/follow up re-quests
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines in fast pace environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills to understand the needs of customers and internal stakeholders
- A team player with the ability to self-manage and flexibility for various tasks
- Preferred operation experience on distribution business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP
- Experience in B2B & distribution business model, tech industries preferred
- Previous experience supporting sales management preferred and Bachelor degree preferred
