Target Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

Delta Electronics is seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual English/Spanish HR Administrator to support daily Human Resources operations within our Plano, Texas OR Fremont, California office. This role will serve as a key administrative and operational support partner to the HR team, assisting with employee relations support, onboarding coordination, HR documentation, reporting, communication, and general HR process administration.


The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, meticulous, highly organized, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting both employees and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day Human Resources operations, employee support activities, and administrative coordination within a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Assist with onboarding activities including new hire documentation, orientation coordination, Workday system updates, employee file maintenance, and contractor information management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while supporting data integrity, reporting activities, audits, and operational tracking within Workday and related HR systems
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, scheduling logistics, employee communications, and recruitment support activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers
  • Serve as a support resource for employees regarding HR-related questions, policies, forms, system navigation, and general process guidance
  • Support HR reporting, spreadsheet management, operational documentation, training coordination, completion tracking, and employee development activities
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal events, cross-functional coordination efforts, and additional HR operational projects as assigned
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, organization, and attention to detail while supporting employee and organizational information


Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
  • 7 years of Human Resources, Administrative Coordination, Office Support, or related operational experience
  • Prior experience supporting HR systems and employee data management within Workday required
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities within fast-paced corporate environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism and customer support orientation
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information appropriately
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting onboarding coordination, employee records management, scheduling activities, reporting, and HR operational processes preferred
  • Ability to operate independently while effectively partnering across cross-functional teams and leadership groups
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environment

Delta Electronics está buscando un(a) Administrador(a) Senior de Recursos Humanos bilingüe (inglés/español), altamente organizado(a) y profesional para apoyar las operaciones diarias de Recursos Humanos en nuestras oficinas de Plano, Texas o Fremont, California. Este puesto servirá como un socio clave administrativo y operativo para el equipo de Recursos Humanos, apoyando actividades relacionadas con relaciones laborales, coordinación de onboarding, documentación de RR.HH., reportes, comunicación y administración general de procesos de Recursos Humanos.

El candidato ideal será bilingüe en inglés y español, meticuloso(a), altamente organizado(a) y cómodo(a) trabajando en un ambiente dinámico, colaborativo y de ritmo acelerado, brindando soporte tanto a empleados como a líderes de la organización.


Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Apoyar las operaciones diarias de Recursos Humanos, actividades de soporte a empleados y coordinación administrativa dentro de un ambiente corporativo dinámico
  • Asistir con actividades de onboarding incluyendo documentación de nuevos ingresos, coordinación de orientaciones, actualizaciones en Workday, mantenimiento de expedientes de empleados y administración de información de contratistas
  • Mantener registros precisos de empleados y documentación de RR.HH., apoyando la integridad de datos, actividades de reportes, auditorías y seguimiento operativo dentro de Workday y otros sistemas relacionados de Recursos Humanos
  • Coordinar entrevistas, reuniones, logística de agendas, comunicaciones con empleados y actividades de soporte de reclutamiento en conjunto con Talent Acquisition y Hiring Managers
  • Servir como recurso de apoyo para empleados respecto a preguntas relacionadas con RR.HH., políticas, formularios, navegación de sistemas y orientación general de procesos
  • Apoyar reportes de RR.HH., administración de hojas de cálculo, documentación operativa, coordinación de entrenamientos, seguimiento de cumplimiento y actividades de desarrollo de empleados

  • Mantener un alto nivel de confidencialidad, profesionalismo, organización y atención al detalle al manejar información confidencial de empleados y de la organización


Requisitos:

  • Fluidez bilingüe en inglés y español requerida
  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos, Coordinación Administrativa, Soporte de Oficina o experiencia operativa relacionada
  • Experiencia previa utilizando Workday y administrando información de empleados dentro de sistemas de Recursos Humanos requerida
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas, de priorización y manejo de múltiples tareas dentro de ambientes corporativos dinámicos
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con alto nivel de profesionalismo y orientación al servicio al cliente
  • Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para manejar información sensible y confidencial de manera apropiada
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite incluyendo Excel, Outlook, Word y PowerPoint
