Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Driving School Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive driving instruction to students of all ages, ensuring they develop safe and confident driving skills. Duties
- Conduct behind-the-wheel training sessions, guiding students through practical driving exercises in various traffic conditions.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and evaluations in compliance with licensing regulations.
- Ensure all lessons are conducted in accordance with state laws and safety standards.
- Stay updated on current traffic laws and best practices in driver education.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 10 years at least.
- Proven experience in driving, with a strong understanding of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- A licensed driving school instructor is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate students of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work well with students, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Experience working with adult education or in a classroom setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, student records, and scheduling efficiently.
