Duties

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, promote new offerings, and gather feedback to enhance service delivery

- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing, maintaining integrity and attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions to ensure a professional customer experience
