Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & Events Specialist to lead trade
show execution and support broader marketing initiatives. This hybrid role blends event
planning, content creation, basic graphic design skills, and administrative coordination – an
ideal role for someone who is a team player and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Tradeshow and Event Coordination
● Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, conferences, and industry events from concept
to completion
● Manage event timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and logistics
● Coordinate event needs, promotional materials, shipping, and on-site sales representatives
● Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align event goals
and messaging
Marketing and Graphic Design
● Assist with the design and content creation of marketing materials including graphics, social
media, product sheets, print ads, and digital assets
● Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and messaging
● Collaborate with internal teams to help support marketing campaigns and initiatives
Social Media and Digital Support
● Create social media content promoting tradeshows, events, and company updates, etc.
● Basic photography skills - take product photos; ability to edit, resize and optimize images
● Manage and organize digital assets to ensure brand alignment
Administrative and Organizational Support
● Maintain organized documentation of event details, contracts, orders, budgets, and post-
event lead lists in Google and HubSpot
● Provide administrative support for customer demo requests
● Assist with vendor registrations
● Manage inventory of marketing collateral, promotional products, and tradeshow booth items
Qualifications:
● 2–5 years of experience in event coordination and marketing
● Basic graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms)
● Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
● Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Preferred:
● Experience creating short-form video content (e.g., reels)
● Basic photography and/or videography skills preferred
● Medical device industry experience a plus
Education:
Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
Compensation:
● Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year (depending on skill, qualifications, and experience)
