The MBA Intern will operate as a thought partner to Product and Sales leaders, owning defined workstreams within high-priority growth and integration initiatives. This role provides firsthand exposure to enterprise strategy, product management, and go-to-market execution in a complex, regulated industry. The intern will translate data and research into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations that directly inform leadership decisions.
Position Requirements:
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in business or a quantitative discipline and MBA.
- Previous experience performing similar responsibilities is a plus.

Essential Functions
Support the buildout of a product ownership structure and sales enablement initiatives, both of which are accelerated timelines for completion by the end of summer due to planning, budgeting, and sales cycles.
- Lead research, financial modeling, and business case development to evaluate new product offerings, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
- Deliverables include:

- Product roadmap development support: structure buildout, review and analysis of potential additions, and research on market dynamics (e.g., ICHRA, PEOs) to identify partnership or business opportunities.

- Development of ancillary product playbooks to enhance soft launch success and magnify revenue for the enterprise.

- Support for partnership that supports enablement of team initiatives.

- Analyze sales performance, pipeline needs, and product adoption trends to inform and improve sales enablement strategies, tools, and messaging.

- Contribute flexibly across workstreams as business needs evolve.

Degree of Authority/Management:
Team members in this position will be expected to perform most of their job duties and responsibilities independently and in accordance with established departmental and organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
This position is not responsible for the supervision of any other positions at DDCO.
Working Conditions:
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Regular exposure to a computer screen.
- No physical effort beyond that is typically required in a normal office environment.
- This position is a hybrid role that targets 2 days in the office, based upon the needs of the organization.

This is a hybrid position that requires working on-site in our office two days per week. This schedule may change based on business needs.
Compensation: This is a non-exempt, position at $28 per hour.
Hours: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), temporary position for a duration of 10–12 weeks.
