Primary Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
Position requires an associate's degree with coursework in business administration or a related field and four years of experience administering or processing customer information, reporting, and responding to customer inquiries. Previous experience in the health insurance industry and exposure to dental benefit contract, summary plan, and certificate language and dental claims processing preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires knowledge of dental benefit contract administration and spreadsheet, word processing, database, and presentation software; strong verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to solve problems using independent judgment.

Position Description:
Implements, coordinates, and documents small to mid-sized client contract and agent data to ensure organizational contractual obligations are met.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Administers new and existing small to mid-sized client information including, but not limited to, new client records, holds, term and terminations, mass transfers and reinstates.
- Participates in administering licensing information and commissions for agents and agencies that have business relationships with the organization, as needed.
- Assists in reporting production issues including, but not limited to, billing, claims payment, and client contracts.
- Updates, extracts, and analyzes claims and sales data to generate client and organizational reports.
- Provides client administrative support to internal and external departments including inquiries, claims history cross check, on-going mailings, and accounting requests.
- Monitors and processes claims in the Group Administration and Group Administration Hold worklists.
- Assembles and distributes GEO mapping reports for the organization for existing and new business and for RFP requests.
