Manages key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction, strengthen retention, and identify new opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field and three years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development. Prior experience within healthcare, managed care, or a related industry is preferred. Will accept a suitable combination of education and experience.
Position requires strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills; the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clients and internal partners; and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or other Government Programs is preferred.

- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to support retention and account growth.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identifies opportunities to expand services and deepen engagement with existing clients.
- Represents the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events as a trusted and knowledgeable partner.
- Presents data, insights, and recommendations that demonstrate measurable value and align with client priorities.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of client objectives and program initiatives.
- Supports the development of strategies for new and renewal business, including proposal and presentation preparation.
- Proactively anticipates client needs, resolves issues efficiently, and maintains high levels of satisfaction.
