Essential Functions and Principal Accountabilities:  

• Partner with stakeholders, business/system owners and end users to define and validate business requirements that align with enterprise-level strategic, financial and operational goals.
• Lead the end-to-end management of  requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability, prioritization, and continuous alignment with evolving business needs.
• Drive the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex user requirements using structured methodologies and industry best practices. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the planning, design, implementation,, and quality assurance of new or enhanced software solutions.
• Design and maintain comprehensive test strategies, including detailed test plans and regression testing frameworks, to ensure solution integrity and business continuity.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between business areas and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects using formal project management methodologies, from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope schedule and quality objectives are met. 
• Facilitate ongoing communication with project sponsors and stakeholders to provide transparency, manage expectations, and drive decision making.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and analyze process models, specifications and visual diagrams to identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization through technology solutions. 
• Provide after-hours support as needed to ensure critical business operations are maintained.
• Support production systems by applying advanced problem solving skills, data analytics, and mid-to-advanced SQL to trouble shoot and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required

1. Associate Degree in business, management, information systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
2. 7 years of proven experience in project management and requirements gathering.
3. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking by breaking down complex problems into smaller, manageable components to gain a deeper understanding and develop effective, scalable solutions. 
4. Adopt a problem-oriented mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth and learning. Approach obstacles with curiosity and a solution-focused attitude, actively seeking and embracing innovative ways to overcome them.
5. Mid-to-advanced level SQL knowledge and abilities.

Preferred

1. Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, information systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
2. Experience with data structures, data models and data querying methods such as SQL.
3. Experience in Agile, writing user stories, and maintaining product backlogs or other equivalent software development methodologies.
4. Experience with business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio.
5. Experience in project coordination and requirements gathering.
6. Demonstrated ability to achieve business objectives of multiple complex projects or priorities.
