Primary Responsibilities
The Client Experience & Sales Concierge is the first impression and lasting connection for every Delta Crown client, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring each interaction reflects The Delta Crown Standard. This role blends hospitality, and sales by managing client communication, supporting booking and follow-up, reinforcing rebooking and retail, and delivering a warm, seamless in-salon experience from greeting to checkout. The position also supports studio operations including Zenoti scheduling, GoHighLevel lead nurturing, cleaning, and assisting with social content, all while driving retention, referrals, and revenue through exceptional service.
Client Relationship & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication via text, phone, and in-person interactions
- Maintain ongoing, thoughtful relationships with clients before, during, and after appointments
- Assist with appointment booking, rescheduling, confirmations, and waitlist management
- Communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism that reflects Delta Crown’s elevated brand voice
- Identify client needs and proactively support retention, rebooking, and overall satisfaction
In-Salon Guest Experience
- Greet each client with genuine warmth and recognition upon arrival
- Guide clients through their visit experience, including robing and comfort check-ins
- Offer and serve beverages and ensure the environment feels calm, polished, and welcoming
- Engage in natural, appropriate small talk with clients that enhances connection without feeling intrusive
- Anticipate needs and resolve concerns gracefully and discreetly
Guest Happiness & Checkout
- Ensure clients feel cared for, heard, and delighted throughout their visit
- Manage checkout smoothly, including retail guidance when appropriate
- Reinforce rebooking and future care recommendations at checkout
- Support a seamless handoff between Extensionistas and clients
Secondary Responsibilities: Administrative & Operational Support
- Process accurate checkouts and maintain clean, precise client records
- Manage appointment booking systems and calendars with high attention to detail in Zenoti.
- Support marketing and client communication workflows within our CRM, GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Nurture leads through established funnels, ensuring timely and polished follow-up
- Support overall studio organization and operational flow
