What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Delta Counseling Associates?
Overview
Immediate opening available for a self-motivated, detail orientated team player with great social skills to manage the Front Desk. This position requires excellent skills in organization, multi-tasking, time management, typing, and basic computer skills, including programs such as Word, Excel, and email.
Experience with scheduling appointments and/or general knowledge of health insurance is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, etc.

Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls and scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Verifying insurance and collecting payments.
- Completing client intakes, when necessary and updating client account info.
- Completing various tasks as needed, such as, running reports, generating correspondence, etc.
- Assisting the Center Coordinator with tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Good skills in typing, organization, and communication.
- Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills.
- Good skills in Word, Excel, and email.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 per hour
