The position will be based in Anchorage during the planning and readiness phases, then transition to the North Slope as projects move into construction.
Work Location/Schedule:
Anchorage - 5 days per week, 10 hours per day
North Slope - 7 days per week, 11.5 hours per day
Rotation: 3 weeks on 3 weeks off

- Own and drive the project schedule from concept through turnover
- Develop and manage integrated Level 3–5 Primavera P6 schedules across all project phases
- Lead WBS and CBS alignment to support estimating, cost tracking, and progress measurement
- Develop resource-loaded schedules and manpower forecasts
- Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule scenario modeling
- Build and maintain recovery plans in response to delays, scope changes, or logistics disruptions
- Early-Phase Planning
- Support FEL and pre-FEED efforts by developing initial schedules and execution strategies
- Work with estimating teams to validate durations, sequencing, and productivity assumptions
- Establish realistic schedule logic aligned with scope, resources, and project execution strategy
- Field Execution
- Maintain and drive the schedule in alignment with field progress and site conditions
- Interface with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field teams to ensure schedule alignment
- Support change management by assessing schedule impacts of RFIs and scope changes
- Provide detailed reporting including S-curves, earned value metrics, and schedule KPIs
- Lead and defend schedule strategy in client-facing reviews
- North Slope & Arctic Logistics
- Develop schedules that account for modular fabrication workflows — yard integration, transport, and field setting
- Plan and sequence work around sealift schedules, including module delivery, bulk material shipments, and critical equipment arrival
- Incorporate ice road logistics, including haul windows, load restrictions, and material staging strategies
- Build schedules that reflect seasonal constraints, including winter construction windows and limited summer access
- Develop contingency plans for logistics-driven delays due to weather, transport, or material slippage
- System Turnover & Commissioning
- Integrate system-based turnover sequencing into the construction schedule — not area-based completion
- Align schedule milestones with mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning handover
- Ensure construction activities are sequenced to support efficient, risk-managed system turnover
- Coordinate handover sequencing with client priorities and operations readiness requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 10 years of scheduling experience in industrial construction
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Proven experience planning and executing $100MM projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, modularization, and field execution workflows
- Experience integrating system turnover and commissioning into construction schedules
- Experience planning in remote or Arctic environments strongly preferred
- Ability to lead planning efforts across multi-discipline teams
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Take and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Take and pass a Fit for Duty Examination.
