The Administrative Tech position provides administrative support for construction operations on the North Slope. This role is responsible for booking travel, entering time, maintaining accurate project documentation, supporting field supervision, and ensuring documentation is organized and controlled in accordance with Delta Constructors and client requirements. This position serves as a key liaison between field crews, project management, vendors, and corporate departments to ensure accurate documentation, and efficient scheduling. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

- 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Essential Job Functions:
- Arrange travel and billeting for North Slope employees
- Manage Anchorage housing for out-of-state employees
- Assist with onboarding and communicating with new employees
- Maintain and distribute daily personnel reports
- Coordinate and assist field supervision
- Manage weekly payroll; assist with time entry and review
- Coordinate and set up meetings
- Prepare bid documentation for client proposals
- Coordinate with other Delta departments including Human Resources, Payroll, and Project Controls
- Assist with various data entry, basic project reporting, and other office needs
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid driver’s license, with clean driving record required.

- Take and pass a Fit-for-Duty Examination.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in industrial, construction, energy, or oil and gas operations preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Other Key Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments under tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
