Electrical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Project Manager is $100,000 ,with benefits and bonuses potentially increasing this base salary.

Electrical Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth and repeat opportunities.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Collaborate with estimating, field operations, and executive leadership to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project financials, schedules, subcontractors, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare and negotiate change orders.
- Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions as needed.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Electrical Project Manager Qualifications
- Must have 5 years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skillset required.
- Commercial electrical project experience required.
- Residential electrical project experience is a plus.
- Stable work history.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow quickly within an organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, or related construction management software
