Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior IT Technical Business Analyst Strategist to bridge business strategy and technical execution across enterprise financial systems and digital transformation initiatives. This role will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define business requirements, design technical solutions, and support the replacement of a Dealer Financial Services platform with a modern in-house solution.
The ideal candidate combines deep business analysis expertise with strong technical acumen, enterprise architecture knowledge, and the ability to translate complex business objectives into scalable technical solutions while supporting finance, compliance, audit, and enterprise integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Partner with executive leadership to understand strategic business goals and translate them into technical roadmaps and solution designs
β’ Analyze complex business processes, enterprise systems, and technical architectures to identify improvement opportunities
β’ Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process analysis
β’ Develop business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, API mappings, and technical documentation
β’ Design business workflows and system interaction diagrams illustrating application, data, and integration architectures
β’ Support the replacement of enterprise Dealer Financial Services platforms through strategic planning and solution analysis
β’ Analyze enterprise databases and business data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
β’ Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the SDLC
β’ Work closely with testing teams to support validation, test planning, and solution acceptance
β’ Identify project risks, technical dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout project delivery
β’ Ensure alignment between business objectives, compliance requirements, audit standards, and technical solutions
β’ Facilitate communication between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills & Experience
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
β’ 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role
β’ Strong experience supporting enterprise application development and digital transformation initiatives
β’ Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and business intelligence
β’ Strong understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and enterprise architecture concepts
β’ Experience gathering requirements and developing technical specifications, user stories, and process documentation
β’ Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
β’ Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Miro
β’ Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
β’ Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams while influencing executive stakeholders
β’ Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
Desired Skills
β’ Experience supporting Finance, Compliance, Audit, or Dealer Financial Services platforms
β’ Experience leading enterprise system replacement or modernization initiatives
β’ CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification
β’ Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
β’ Experience creating executive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
β’ Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and systems integration
β’ 3 years of Big 4 consulting experience preferred
Salary : $66 - $73
