Position Summary
The MarTech Analytics Developer will design, implement, and maintain analytics tracking solutions, ensuring data accuracy, privacy compliance, and high-quality marketing insights. This role bridges technical implementation and marketing strategy—building and debugging Adobe Launch tags, OneTrust Cookie tools, and Salesforce personalization systems to improve user experience, campaign targeting, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and debug web analytics code within Adobe Launch Tag Management System (TMS).
- Deploy tags and scripts across non-production and production environments.
- Build privacy banners and opt-in/out models using JavaScript and jQuery.
- Troubleshoot privacy-related issues and ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA.
- Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Conduct customer journey analysis to drive leads, engagement, and conversions.
- Deploy A/B tests and personalized experiences via Salesforce Personalization (Evergage).
- Collaborate on GenAI-based propensity scoring to optimize campaign performance.
- Audit, document, and maintain logs of active and expired third-party tracking pixels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, data, and IT teams.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Launch (TMS), Adobe Analytics, and OneTrust Cookie Tool (non-negotiable).
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery, including DOM manipulation and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with Sitecore 10.0, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Personalization.
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining Adobe Analytics via Web SDK.
- Strong understanding of privacy-enhancing technologies and encryption methods.
- Experience with ObservePoint, MS Office 365, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Desired Skills
- Implementation experience with Salesforce Personalization (Evergage).
- Certification or experience with OneTrust highly preferred.
- 3 years of Big 4 consulting experience.
- Stable work history with large enterprise organizations.
